These guys saved my family a lot of trouble today! The family van began running rough and check engine light came on while traveling on the interstate. So this family of 7 drives into Herpilsheimer’s unannounced to see if they can help. We went in with low expectations, but were pleasantly surprised! Do NOT EVER take your vehicle here. Completely untrustworthy and dishonest shop. Took it there for an A/C issue. They had the vehicle all day long, didn’t get a call for an update all day. I called two hours before they closed and was told it would cost a certain amount. I showed up to pick up the vehicle and it was DOUBLE the price. I was not called to give permission to do anything to the vehicle. When I got the keys they indicated that the A/C was still not working.
