I called Heroware because my computer was acting slow and i thought i might have to buy a new one. I talked to them for a few minutes and they actually just recommended doing a few upgrades to my current desktop. They sent me a few amazon links to order items and i ordered them myself and they did the installation of the new parts. My computer feels brand new now!! I found Juan from Craigslist of OC. The task is to reconnect my WIFI printer to my WLAN. He quoted me an very equitable price. He followed up the appointment on time.
