I would highly recommend Heron’s Crossing to anyone having to make a difficult decision for their pet. We had the true pleasure of Dr.James coming to our home for our Sophie girl. Our other dog who is usually quite skeptical of strangers immediately warmed to him, and he was so gentle, kind, and empathetic to us and with Sophie. Dr. Pendergraft is truly a saint—an extraordinarily compassionate and selfless person who provides an invaluable service. He brought such comfort to both me and my beloved dog of 13 years during an incredibly difficult time. His gentle presence, kind words, and thoughtful care made a heartbreaking situation a little easier to bear. I cannot recommend him and Heron’s Crossing enough.
