Had a dental cleaning appointment and consultation with Dr. Fong. My dental technician was courteous, professional and engaging. I mentioned a concern that I had and she took the appropriate X-Rays and brought in Dr Fong for a consultation. I’ve been seeing Dr Fong at Heron Gate Dental for many years and have had excellent results. I highly recommend Dr.Fong and Heron Gate Dental.
Edit: despite asking me to reach out through email I never got a response back or any resolution. It’s only the public image that matters to them. I only had a brief interaction with the doctor during my consultation, but it was completely overshadowed by how uncomfortable the assistant, Barbra, made me feel. Her tone and demeanor was unnecessarily patronizing and passive-aggressive, which set a negative tone for the entire visit and created an unwelcoming environment.
