I lived here for 1 year. Would’ve stayed longer but the people who lived in the apartment directly next to us chain smoked inside all day long. We had patios too, they still smoked inside, and it all wafted into our apartment. We had two small animals and all day cigarette smoke was constantly piling in. It soaked into our furniture and all of our clothes, everywhere we went, we reeked of cigarettes. I couldn’t have my niece or nephew over because I was too scared for them to inhale it. If you're someone who works from home, takes online classes, or even just likes to stream Netflix without constant buffering, do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. The internet options at this complex are beyond frustrating. They're borderline unusable in 2025. The only available provider is a no-name, low-tier ISP with abysmal speeds, constant outages, and no customer support to speak of. Dont rent here their overpriced will withdraw 2 months of rent in one month and claim their in the right. The next if your just slightly behind on rent payment they'll take you to court they are shady. Rencently had a AC unit break in my appartment they said it would be changed out in 3 days they just give you the run around this company isn't worth your trouble their are other places that offer the same stuff at a better rate.
