Dont rent here their overpriced will withdraw 2 months of rent in one month and claim their in the right. The next if your just slightly behind on rent payment they'll take you to court they are shady. Rencently had a AC unit break in my appartment they said it would be changed out in 3 days they just give you the run around this company isn't worth your trouble their are other places that offer the same stuff at a better rate. Don't believe what they say posted below.

Lived here for 2 years. Ok location from Charleston only 15 minutes without traffic. Many stores and restaurants around you. The apartments are very old inside needs major updates and paint job. Windows are single pain and you can hear every little sound outside and the traffic feels like its inside your rooms. Walls are paper thin like a cardboard box. I’ve been a resident for almost 4 years now and I have never had a bad experience here at Heron Reserve. This morning I was locked inside my apartment and I called John for an emergency maintenance and he was on his way to help me right away. Best office staff and maintenance ever!!

I’ve been living here for 3 years and this review is long over due. The location is great, it’s quiet and peaceful, tucked back in a wooded area, a beautiful walking trail when you need some nature in your life, the maintenance guys are SO quick and efficient, (that in itself is so valuable) friendly staff, and an awesome pool. Lots of neighbors have been living here for several years as well. Cute community, but with privacy.
