I would give him zero stars if I could. I did not originally rent from him. He purchased my building and then asked for a list of repairs on December 1 of 2025. HE as the new owner requested a list of repairs of the building which I gave him in writing on the 1st of December 2025. It was not a long list. It was to notify him that my windows did not lock, and that there was rotting wood in one of the bedrooms on the window trim. I have never met him in person as a tenant.
