This is closed. Whether it’s temporary or permanent is anyone’s guess but all 19 buildings in the complex were deemed unsafe by the city of Pembroke Pines and residents were told to evacuate.
I lived there from.2013-2020. In the later years the buildings began to fall apart. Everything old. The hallways and stairs dirty as well as the common areas. Termites from late spring to late August. Now the owners of those condos have to continue paying HOA fees along with their Mortgage. It's a disgrace

No vivan en el building 1 apartamento 106 esta inhabitable y la dueña vive argentina me acosa me llama todos los días maldiciéndome a mi y a mis hijos por que el juez determinó que ahí no se puede vivir ni gratis vivan ahí
