Maintenance=nice management=awful. Moving in they noted the bleached carpet from the last tenant, mgt wouldn't replace. Moving out I was charged $500 to replace carpet. Should've read the BAD reviews!
Gates closed at night..unless the person your here to see has a house phone and their number is in the directory you have to wait for someone to let you in. A pain in the ass!
Home sweet home
I've lived here for 6yrs and have never had a problem here.
Gates are normally open during the day. Do not park in red zones, management wastes paper telling you that via notice on your windshield.
