Heron Point Apartments are a great price. The units are nice and the onsite management great but beware of Vintage Corp the leasing company. Per Colorado renters rights, they are not allowed to charge for normal wear and tear upon move out but that exactly what they did to me. They kept my entire desposit and tried telling me I owe beyond what I paid in deposit. The manager told me don't bother cleaning the apartment because they are just going to send a cleaning crew in anyway and charge you. They also did nothing about the... read more
