They have had issues with management n the past the current laddies in the office are kind and attentive when u reach out maintenance responds and does their job in a timely manner it is usually quite and safe most of the noise and danger is typically off campus from other locations.thos are the pros oh and water is included lowering u over jea sbill. Cons for the price then payments are small no real amenities but they are adding washers and dryers so that's something then no pool and there is no gym
Sunny and Athena made the application and move-in process seamless. After living here for a month, I am so happy with how the grounds are cared for, the privacy and how quiet it always is. The neighbors are super friendly too! 😊 Maintenance took care of a non-urgent request for me quickly and efficiently. I am so happy I chose to make this community my home. 🤗
