They have been almost impossible to communicate with. Still waiting to hear from them.
This review is based on our experience with their irrigation service. Talking points: - The quality of service from our other lawn maintenance provider was, to Heron, the reason a small section of our lawn looked unhealthy. - That provider, in turn, while acknowledging the presence of a fungus pointed to inadequate watering as the reason thst area was not responding as well as the rest of the lawn. - This exchange continued without a solution until we asked that maintenance company to have their irrigation service take a loo... read more
