Do not walk away from this place. RUN! Customer service from Management is deplorable at best. Apartment we moved into was not move in ready on my move in day so when we walked in for the first time there was stains on the carpet from the previous owner’s dog , dog hair everywhere, and nothing had been cleaned. Also they say they have exterminator but I have never once seen them and if they do exist they need to be fired. I based on the fact that I have seen more bugs in my apartment than if I lived outside in the woods. Mai... read more

Horrible management, once you sign this lease you better make sure you sign a notice to vacate, they have a 60 day notice requirement, forgot all about it now being forced to pay half a months rent, no reminder call. My roommate is being deployed to Afghanistan and I have to pay the bill and they could care less. Trying to get a hold of upper management is pointless as you'll never get call back, and all the office management wich is very rude and condescending says you'll have to call upper management. Riverview "Luxury" Apartments is the most unprofessional apartment community in the state of Georgia. If you happen to be considering this complex as your future home, please take this time to redirect yourself elsewhere. This community as well as the company that owns them (Wilkinson Asset Management) is not accommodating whatsoever. They have changed property managers in the last two years like under garments. Within the first lease of being at the community, the second elected property manager there during my lease caused... read more

Bellevue Heights is a great place to live in the Bellevue area. It's fairly priced, the office staff are extremely helpful, the maintenance team is wonderful, and the apartments are very spacious. The community is very family friendly, the pool & gym are nice, and I feel very safe here. Karen, the office manager, is the best part! She goes above & beyond in every situation.

I have lived here about 10 months, and haven't been incredibly impressed but now I'm sorely disappointed. The first few months were quiet and easy, but that's about the time that the noise started. I pay a premium to have an apartment overlooking the pool, and the noise levels late at night have been nearly intolerable. The courtesy officer knows who I am now, due to so many phone calls, but unfortunately he's barely on site when I call. I've called the office at least 10 times and they've not returned a single call. I had t... read more

Do not rent here! They will raise your rent, You pay a pest fee and still have bugs, our bike got stolen, Yolanda in the office is horrible, and after you leave they will charge huge amounts of ridiculous fees.

I'm putting one star only because i HAVE to apparently. I'd rate this place negative 5 stars If i could! I moved into my one bedroom den (which they somehow considered to be equivalent to a 2 bdrm 1 bath) with my 2 year old in July of 2013! Initially, I thought it was ok for the price ($575). It was relatively clean (so i thought) minus a few dings and scuffs and bad touch up work to the damage, it was liveable. OH how i was so WRONG! I had 2 other tenants since about week 2 in my apt ceiling. Whether they were opossums or r... read more

The neighborhood itself is older. I had my car broken into twice although they have `security.` Save yourself time and move to a safer more respectful neighborhood.
