I guess what I would like to tell potential renters is this: This is a beautiful complex; the units are large and very clean. The pool is wonderful and I love the gym here. It’s a fair price for a gated complex with 24 hour security walking around and I really like my apt. in general. The office staff is something entirely different. Our room has smelled ever since we moved in like smoke and paint, dogs bark 24/7 and the building are neglected.
I also can agree with the other two posts. I needed to get out of my lease a little early because I was getting married and the one bedroom I had with Pine Knoll was too small for us. The first time I went in was 5 months before my lease ended, manager told me there was no way to get out of my lease and I would have to find someone to take over. The front office staff is very warm and welcoming. Social events make it awesome to live here. So happy we chose Westwood to be our new home!
Horrible Experience!!!! Management could care less about the residents. Drug deals take place in the middle of day here in main entrance of the building.
The apartments are nice. The neighborhood is nice. The staff is not very helpful though. You would think that paying rent would be enough to enjoy the luxuries but don't have a problem. They cannot help. Maintenance will try to fix problems but they are no miracle workers to what needs to be fixed in the apartments. Everything is nice but cheap quality.
Don't do it. Apartments are run down and infested with bugs. Management has not been helpful in getting things taken care of.
This place is a 3rd world paradise. It has spacious apartments but they are filled with small roaches that are impossible to get rid of ! The staff in the office are extremely rude once you sign the lease and need anything. They stole a package delivered by Fed Ex and signed for it and still blamed Fed Ex..... Then when Fed ex proved they delievered it to them, they blamed me although I was out of town......very rude, very unprofessional staff who could care less if you stay or go.
