I was maintaining my own lawn prior and had Massey for pest. I had taken a job going into the office and just could not manage the lawn myself anymore. "HERON hard at work!" We have had Heron since 2015... this is our front yard... we called a dozen times, finally talked with a regional manager (Jaime) who said this was chinch bugs and our faults... [come again!?]. So we PAY them to prevent/tream insect issues in our lawn... but when they didn't execute it's our fault? Their "contract" is that they'll replace any lawn area that dies under their care... My guess is this is why Jaime was adament about blaming the Insect issue on us and the sun. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have been a customer for two years. Heron started off strong and really improved my lawn health and appearance. Unfortunately over the last six months the quality of heron lawn service has declined. I have weeds, mushrooms, fungus, brown, thin, and dead areas is my St Augustine lawn. A large area of new sod that was installed after Heron took charge of my lawn spray service has died.I have called and gotten retreatments in between the last 4 service calls with little improvement.
