Completely disorganized company. Terrible communication. Terrible scheduling system.
Unfortunate company and customer service, after being bought out by rent-to-kil we have upwards of a 4 hour wait window for the pest control operator to treat our property. I own multiple properties and any other pest control company I use only has a 1-2 hour window for service. We were trying to get the inside treated since my kids have been getting bit in their sleep.
