Unfortunate company and customer service, after being bought out by rent-to-kil we have upwards of a 4 hour wait window for the pest control operator to treat our property. I own multiple properties and any other pest control company I use only has a 1-2 hour window for service. We were trying to get the inside treated since my kids have been getting bit in their sleep. When they took over my lawn making sure it was green was my biggest worry. Now after a few years of them in charge, I have more weeds than grass left. I would ask and the only response was - I sprayed those today, it will take 4 to 6 weeks before you see any results. I tired of that inadequate response. I gave them every opportunity to correct the situation, and they choose to leave instead of doing the job they were hired to do.
