Completely disorganized company. Terrible communication. Terrible scheduling system.
Unfortunate company and customer service, after being bought out by rent-to-kil we have upwards of a 4 hour wait window for the pest control operator to treat our property. I own multiple properties and any other pest control company I use only has a 1-2 hour window for service. We were trying to get the inside treated since my kids have been getting bit in their sleep. The agent was awesome and so was the gentleman that came to our home. I would refer the service any day.
