Was a customer for over three years. Have an area of grass that dies every year… Call for service technician comes out says it’s the sprinkler system… They’ll send someone they send someone from the sprinkler system. They’ll they say now it’s a bug problem… Keep in mind replace this side area three times over three years. Here’s where it becomes interesting the district manager calls me all concerned and says they’re going to evaluate it and get it right back to me because I am canceling their service… Five days later cricke... read more

We had a appointment for today 6/20/26 between 8 and 930 am. Was a no call no show. I called them at 10 and they said someone would get right back to me. Well its 1130 and still a no call and no show. I called them back again and canceled the appointment. Told them I was going to leave a 1 star Google review and they canceled the appointment at my request. Would never use this company. Treated like this even before I was a customer I can only imagine what it is like to be a customer.

I received a Mole service from this company at the cost of almost $400. Initially I was advised that I have a 90 day service guarantee. I called within the 90 days to advise that my mole problem still existed. It was at this time they came back out and gave another service which also did not solve the issue (honestly it seems like its just moved slightly within my yard.) Do not use! Heron refuses to cancel my service and stop charging my card even though i moved to new home 8 months ago! I submitted multiple Cancellation requests to phone support and via their customer service text message line. Each time Heron agrees to cancel service. And yet, Heron keeps charge my card for reoccurring lawn/shrub treatments. At the time of most recent service cancellation request I made, customer support stated that they charged my card over $800 to date for services performed after i first requested cance... read more

Definitely do not recommend Heron, we have been paying for the platinum package which covers lawn damage. Due to their non care and incompetence (since they ride around a motorized vehicle without the technician actually getting off to check for fungus/bugs) we had chinch bugs which killed quite a bit of our lawn, cost to treat and replace is $1,900, management does not return calls nor do they don’t honor their plans.
