Definitely do not recommend Heron, we have been paying for the platinum package which covers lawn damage. Due to their non care and incompetence (since they ride around a motorized vehicle without the technician actually getting off to check for fungus/bugs) we had chinch bugs which killed quite a bit of our lawn, cost to treat and replace is $1,900, management does not return calls nor do they don’t honor their plans. They do not return calls or keep appointments. Terrible service.
I tried to contact them thru their "text" of course no one co tacted me for issues with my lawn. So i called and asked to see someone. Nobody called me back and then someone shows up dows service without speaking to me about my issues. Lawn never looked worse. I canceled my services and they sent me a n invoice for the crappy service. Still no one from their company had the decency to call to address my issues. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. they are overpriced for the bad service
One time I requested an estimate from this company, and now I keep receiving charges even though I never used any of your services. I have called this company MULTIPLE TIMES to remove these charges, and I’m still receiving them. I don’t know what else to do except to get a lawyer involved.
Daryn sprays my lawn at 250 CR 416s Lake Panasoffkee and has for a long time. The company slipped another employee on my yard for a couple of months and when the new person started my lawn went done hill in a New York minute. If Dryn does not continue spraying my lawn I am canceling my service. July was given to me free to see if I would stay and I will as long as Daryn is the one who comes. He has scheduled a Follow up to insure proper treatment was done.
