One time I requested an estimate from this company, and now I keep receiving charges even though I never used any of your services. I have called this company MULTIPLE TIMES to remove these charges, and I’m still receiving them. I don’t know what else to do except to get a lawyer involved.
Daryn sprays my lawn at 250 CR 416s Lake Panasoffkee and has for a long time. The company slipped another employee on my yard for a couple of months and when the new person started my lawn went done hill in a New York minute. If Dryn does not continue spraying my lawn I am canceling my service. July was given to me free to see if I would stay and I will as long as Daryn is the one who comes. He has scheduled a Follow up to insure proper treatment was done.
Heron charged me $261 for an ant infestation, then when the ants returned in about 6 weeks, Heron refused to come back and re-treat the house. They won't even answer my calls. Terrible company. Do not hire them!!
Doring a storm I left my shutters down to long and got wasps underneath and all around my house It was bad to the point one wasp looked at me like he was telling me he wasn't going anywhere I called my tech Zack came out and thank god for him because I wasn't even able to leave the house without getting attacked now when I call or when my next appointment is due I ask for Zack he just got rid of fleas also in one visit. Highly recommend Zack.
