I have had Heron lawn service for a couple of years. This year, they really dropped the ball. By June, my lawn was covered with weeds. I called to complain and requested a refund for the May service. They hemmed and hawed, but finally obliged. They said the refund would go back on my credit card. Weeks went by and it did not. I called a few times and was finally told that "the check is in the mail". Now 16 days later, still no check. We have had Heron for several years and our lawn has looked beautiful. Now we have a problem with torpedo grass and I was told by the technician it's just another type of grass and other weeds. I'm disappointed and frustrated. We are looking for a new lawn pest contol. He offered no solution and

They are great but expensive and unnecessary for me

What a waste. Guy comes out a day late. Spends 4 or 5 mins, didn't pull out a test meter or anything and tells me $1875 for a new meter and panel that he never even tested.
