I came into the Harbor 40 LLC office in Ridgeland, SC to fill out an application, and I was very disappointed by how unprofessional the staff were. The assistant manager, who said her name is Darlene Futch Smith, did most of the talking and even started telling me personal information about other tenants, which was completely inappropriate. The office manager, Beth, was just sitting there on her phone the entire time, showing no interest at all. Nice apt. Complex...has an nice little playground for the littlest toddlers and a little was down for the bigger toddlers. Nice ans spacious...kids can ride bikes, play ball without hitting people's vehicles and there is plenty parking right in front of your complex. My sister lived here for many year before her passing and she love it, my daughter also lived here for 5 years before buying her own townhouse.
