My Girlfriend and I just moved out of these apartments and have nothing but good things to say. I actually lived at Heron Club two different times and while I thought the first experience was enjoyable, The Managers are even better now. Definitely recommend!
Hands down the nicest apartment complex I’ve lived in. The staff have always been kind and helpful, the neighbors are all lovely friendly people, and the landscaping is beautiful. The location is also amazing, coming here from a place downtown was very nice, it’s a very peaceful neighborhood a short walk from the river and delta ponds. All of this plus a month to month lease set up makes this an affordable and flexible place to live, that I would recommend to anyone looking in the area.
My favorite thing about living here is the management team. So responsive and helpful. You never have to worry about repairs getting handled right away. And the grounds are beautifully kept.
I have a friend that lives here, and this is a very beautiful property, that is very well taken care of! The grounds are very clean, and the plants are lush, and vibrant. Landscapers do a great job keeping the property manicured nicely!
I lived at the Heron Club for three amazing years. The managers on site when I arrived were friendly and the team that replaced them, Joni and Gordon, were fantastic. Luke and the rest of the maintenance/grounds staff did a great job of responding to the minor issues that popped up during the course of my residency. Contrary to a recent reviewer who indicated that the property is 'overpriced' I'd argue that there is amazing value for the money paid. Unless, that is, you have a 'newer is better' fetish.
