I lived at the Heron Club for three amazing years. The managers on site when I arrived were friendly and the team that replaced them, Joni and Gordon, were fantastic. Luke and the rest of the maintenance/grounds staff did a great job of responding to the minor issues that popped up during the course of my residency. Contrary to a recent reviewer who indicated that the property is 'overpriced' I'd argue that there is amazing value for the money paid. Unless, that is, you have a 'newer is better' fetish. Lived here for almost 4 years now. Management is always nice, maintenance is done quickly, and its always quiet. Rent is very affordable compared to other places!
