Sleazy management.
I lived there for a year. Me and my family were very happy and comfortable in the community. It is a 99% family community with no night noise or partying. People are very welcoming and easy to blind with in the club house with frequently arranged gathering there. Maintenance team is very resposive and get things fixed and done, even for emergencies late at night. Leasing office is always available and respond quickly to emails. Toured at Heron Bay and loved it! The homes are very spacious, have large yards and are exactly what I need in a long-term rental.
RENTERS BEWARE! What you see in their flashy ads is not what you get! We are homeowners for over 45 years. A couple in their 70's who spent over $60K in rent payments over 2 years checking out the Delmarva area. We had to place at least seven service calls for their "modern" appliances and "upgraded finishes". We were without a working oven for a month and the final straw, we were charged half of our security deposit for a "pre-existing condition" that Capano Management Company claimed we damaged.
