Decent neighborhood, some good people, lots of motor bike kids wearing all black at night with no lights, and finally HORRIBLE HOA stay away from this neighborhood and I think cascada if u want a 100+ fine for trash cans and slightly yellow grass and using a bush instead of a tree to cover an ac unit

Nice hotel stayed for four nights. Front desk very accommodating! Gave great suggestions of where to eat.
