RENTERS BEWARE! What you see in their flashy ads is not what you get! We are homeowners for over 45 years. A couple in their 70's who spent over $60K in rent payments over 2 years checking out the Delmarva area. We had to place at least seven service calls for their "modern" appliances and "upgraded finishes". Cool rental!
I have lived in this community for over 4 years and have been very satisfied! The maintenance issues have been few and always have been addressed immediately. The team here has always been kind, respectful and made this feel like "home". I highly recommend this community.
I am really enjoying my experience in Heron Bay! It’s wonderful have the community being peaceful and that the management team, especially Ms. Alicia, has been so helpful during my move. A supportive neighborhood and management team can make a big difference in settling in. I really appreciate my time being here.
Absolutely useless management. The lawn guys are always nice and good at what they do, they get 5 stars. But when it comes to the amenities if you aren't only wanting a pool, than your shit outta luck. The "gym" is a waste of everyone's time as its one room with treadmills and 2 broken machines that haven't been fixed since I've gotten here, (recumbent bike, cable machine) <- both useless.
