Questioning a charge to my account 6 weeks after procedure was paid for. Dr. Friefeld told me my questions were stupid. He also told me I screwed him out of charges I should have paid from previous procedures. He is a good doctor but has no idea how to speak to his patients. Beware
Dr Friefeld is very condescending and patronizing. He thinks your questions are “stupid” when it doesn’t favor him financially. Demands you all of a sudden pay “fees” months after procedures are paid in full and can’t explain what they are. Why not collect it at the time of the procedure and why don’t you mention these fees to the patient then? Happened twice to a family member.
