They schedule quickly and are very accommodating. Matt listens to all concerns and does a great job treating for pests.
I've used them several times in the past with excellent results. Today they outdid themselves. I called to have a yellow jacket nest treated. They promptly showed up the next day, look at the yellow jackets, and told me that they are just eating the sap from my tree and there is not a nest in the immediate area. They also told me that most if not all of the yellow jackets will die the first frost within the next few weeks. This is our second time using Herold’s to get rid of yellow jacket nests. Wendy is always quick to get you scheduled and Brian was wonderful in getting the job done! Highly recommend them!!

They took a job they said they could do, charged $1300 for it, didn’t get the job done at all and we had to end up spending over $2,000 with terminex. Never gave us any kind of refund
