I was just calling to book an appointment today. I understand that people can have tough times at work or busy days… but the receptionists at this location is not the best. Today, the receptionist hung up on me unexpectedly, I just said “Okay” and she said “Okay” back…. Then just hung up the call midway of me talking to her for a question(did not ask if I have any other concerns or issues). Regardless, I have not ever had issues with the physicians on board.
Great doctors here. Time to get in to see your Dr can take up to 3 weeks which is a problem in some cases but they have a walk in clinic each day for anyone who has a Dr there. The phone service has improved a lot as has the friendliness of the front end staff.
On hold for 28 minutes Pathetic and. I’ve been with my doctor for probably 19 Lurkin on 20 years and yeah, I’m just choked. Nobody ever gets back to me or answer the phone.once Again I was on hold at 10:55 and kept hearing that someone would be with me Soon, I was wanting to make appointment with Dr Frigstad and when 11:30 and then Hung Up on
Dr Friggstad has been my family doctor for over 15 years, and he still holds the tithe of best doctor I've ever had. Herold Road Family Physicians is an excellent clinic with an after hours walk-in clinic for clinic patients, they are very accommodating and helpful.
