I had a great experience with Heroic Roofing. Charlie came out to repair a leak I had in my roof over my garage and was incredibly professional from start to finish. Charlie and his team did a great job and I am very happy with the entire process.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Heroic Roofing. I hired Charlie to complete an insurance-related job in July 2024 after meeting with several roofers. As of now, May 06, 2025, work still has not been completed. I’ve followed up multiple times, but there’s been no progress or accountability with very limited communication due to a legal dispute with a subcontractor.
