I had a great experience with Heroic Roofing. Charlie came out to repair a leak I had in my roof over my garage and was incredibly professional from start to finish. Wow! I never expected same day service after a storm! Not only is Heroic Roofing super responsive to inquiries but they really go above and beyond for their customers! And they are there with a smile and personable conversation along the way even taking time to explain roofing terminology to me. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Heroic Roofing. I hired Charlie to complete an insurance-related job in July 2024 after meeting with several roofers. As of now, May 06, 2025, work still has not been completed. I’ve followed up multiple times, but there’s been no progress or accountability with very limited communication due to a legal dispute with a subcontractor.
