This is one of the best companies out their. We had numerous leaks in the roof, and needed some interior work. They where adept at both design and execution and they communicated with us daily. They are fussy about the subcontractors that they use because they are focused on consistency of results and reliability of performance. We highly recommend them and will use them again.
It's unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review on a small local business- but since they refuse to return any calls, or text messages, I've been left to hire another contractor. I'll summarize: Our barrel roof was installed by Heroic in 2020. In 2021, we had an active leak by the goose necks - they did come out and take care of the issue. Do not purchase a home owned by this company. They're known for not pulling permits and the city is very disgusted with amount of complaints they received regarding this company. Remodels are very sloppy and quality is subpar. Currently going through situation where they did a complete remodel without pulling permits, so of course violations are now on new owner. Do your due diligence before working with company.
In these times prices are crazy. Call them for a free quote, you won’t regret it. Trustworthy
