They don't do restoration and they don't do repairs
We called them twice in one night to check out some water damage, and both times they promised to arrive within two hours. They never showed up! Ended up having to call out a different company.
Tremendously disappointing. I called after a pipe burst in the crawl space beneath my house on Tuesday. They were tied up on another job but asked if they could come out on Thursday to give me an estimate for water damage cleanup services. Not ideal because I was concerned about mold growing, but sure, Thursday is fine. On Thursday, a tech came out and was great - very pleasant. Great team! Appreciate their hard work and customer service. Overall very satisfied with the work and my Only criticism is that plastic should be put down over all furniture prior to cutting drywall.
