Initially had issues with communication but once I was contracted they were able to get out and have a quote to me same day.
They take care of business
They should be called Villian's Lawncare, not Heroes. Their service tech applied chemical weedkiller on our lawn while a construction crew was working on our house. While humans were on the lawn! Dangerous. Then he sprayed the weedkiller on ALL our perennials on the side of our house. Decimated. Dead. Like a bomb went off. They denied, deflected and delayed. No apology. Rude. Snarkey. Hero’s Lawn Care exceeded my expectations! They came out and put in the work, and in just one day, they completely transformed my yard. My yard was definitely a “newbie yard”—I honestly didn’t know what I was doing, and I had let everything get overgrown.
