I had some frustrating issues getting scheduled for a follow-up after they originally came out to fix our irrigation system (seemingly due to 2 website attempts not making it into their system and 1 clerical error, along with a few calls in-between that weren't answered), but I appreciated the way their team jumped into action to get things sorted once they became aware of the problem.
