Dr Li and her staff are amazing. Best Pediatric Dentist Office I have ever taken my kids to. They are so nice, very accomodating, and very informative. From scheduling, to dental cleanings, to more extensive dental work the process with this office is unmatched. You are truly a patient in this office and not just a number. Look no further, Hero Way Pediatric Dentistry is the best in the area for your kiddos!! We LOVE Dr Li and her team. Always genuine & honest, clean office, and so warm-welcoming that makes you feel like family. My boys look forward to coming for their visits every time.
Once you pay according their plan and Treatment gets done, you will receive phone calls from them to pay them double than you paid. When they called me I requested them to send me the entire Bill to my mailing adress, For my review their reply is “ We don’t send Bills we just send a payment link to your cell phone you can click on that a do the payment, within a minute their call ended I got payment link to my email and cell phone, I am not Satisfied with their Billing and Not reliable dentistry

Dr. Li and her staff were amazing! It was my daughter’s first dentist visit and it was perfect! They made sure they answered any questions and made her and I feel at ease. They know exactly how to help a child in a new experience. Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable, kind, and loving. The office is super clean too! We will definitely be back!
