Excellent selection of cars with great deals. The cars were clean and well maintained and I ended up finding the perfect car for my needs. Had a great experience at this very nice, family operated business tucked in between giant dealerships! Wide selection of pre-owned vehicles in great condition, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, genuinely good people, honest and upfront, professional, yet personable, pleasure to deal with!! Purchased VW Tiguan and very happy with it. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the car runs well! Definitely recommend.
Does not honor their word -- changes deal terms last minute. Found a vehicle at Hero Trade AutoSales that was slightly above market value but appeared to be in great condition. Our initial communication, through Happy's wife, was positive and refreshing. We test drove the car, discussed an outstanding recall, and negotiated on price.
