Had a great experience at this very nice, family operated business tucked in between giant dealerships! Wide selection of pre-owned vehicles in great condition, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, genuinely good people, honest and upfront, professional, yet personable, pleasure to deal with!! Purchased VW Tiguan and very happy with it. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the car runs well! Definitely recommend.
Does not honor their word -- changes deal terms last minute. Found a vehicle at Hero Trade AutoSales that was slightly above market value but appeared to be in great condition. Our initial communication, through Happy's wife, was positive and refreshing. We test drove the car, discussed an outstanding recall, and negotiated on price. We were transparent about our budget and eventually agreed--shook hands--on a final number, which was slightly above what we'd hoped to pay. My family and I recently bought a car, July 22nd 2025, from this very friendly dealership :) I came in with an idea and they made it come true. Offered fast, friendly and outstanding service. The owners are a nice couple, with good intentions. Ive bought cars from other dealerships in LA and I can easily say they are THE most understanding and compassionate. Kept our little one happy during the whole process with a coloring book and a toy car as well, great family business. 10/10 would recommend
