First time coming here and the customer service was incredible! When I wanted to do a tread test with a penny they had no issue. They even let me take a look at a few tires before purchasing the one that I wanted. They also helped pick the best tire in the shop for what I needed. They wanted me to be happy and I was after making my decision to purchase.
I got a flat tire on the highway and pulled off as soon as I could and was very close to Hero’s tire. Went there to see my options and they had both new and used options. They checked my other 3 tires and they were in bad shape. Ended up getting 4 new tires for a GREAT price and they installed all 4 tires extremely fast. Very friendly and easy to talk to and work with. Will absolutely be returning for my tire needs and 10/10 recommend! Thank you Hero’s Tire!
