Hero Restoration looked at my issue with the back deck and suggested the right solution and not a coverup or temporary fix. they listened to my budget and kept the project within the numbers i expected. They gave a fair price for the work. They also did a follow up two weeks later to see how everything turned out. 5 stars , no notes.

Hero Restoration has been the best company I've ever worked with. No matter what issues arose they were there to help and make sure my bathroom looked beautiful. We had a great experience with Hero. They arrived very quickly before the roads were even plowed after a bad snowstorm to stop and repair a leak in our bathroom wall before it got worse. They were highly communicative and went above and beyond to explore all possible causes of the issue, identify the problem, and thoroughly repair it. Very nice people too.

They sprung into action in the middle of the night to help us and came right back at 7 AM the next day to continue the work. We’ve had a great deal of emergency work done over the years, but Hero Restoration puts them all to shame with their speed and care for us.
