Just Spoke to Mike about a property I manage for an 78 year old client. I was basically asked if I was a real property management company. When I asked why I was told because they don’t like to deal with property managers and want to deal with owner only. something an bout property managers and insurance company…. they can not make a lot of money. Our attic and second floor needed reinforcing due to structural issues. Everyone who stepped foot into our home was professional, thorough, kind, and efficient. This stressful situation was defused by Hero’s expertise. They also did a fantastic job with the drywall repairs and painted our whole house. Highly recommend and will be working with them when we do our kitchen reno.
