Hero Restoration was excellent from start to finish. I was contacted immediately by Mike for my water damage. He came out the same day to evaluate my damage and explain to me what needed to be done. He started the work that evening. Mike and his team which consisted of Will, John and Jason arrived promptly the next morning with all the equipment for the water mitigation. Mike and all of the guys who have been to my house to complete work have been amazing! Our roof suffered wind damage last summer from a storm and it took the better part of a year to get through the insurance claim process! Mike called us regularly to check on the progress and see if there was anything he could do to help (sincerely). Now that the work is being done, I’m extremely happy with the quality of work! Had a major mold problem with my bathroom. Hero came out right away and did the remediation. Decided to do a remodel at the same time and I was thoroughly impressed. Mike and Rob were wonderful to work with. Made great suggestions and listened to what I envisioned. Very happy with the results!! Thank you.

Hero Restoration looked at my issue with the back deck and suggested the right solution and not a coverup or temporary fix. they listened to my budget and kept the project within the numbers i expected. They gave a fair price for the work. They also did a follow up two weeks later to see how everything turned out. 5 stars , no notes.
