**Beware When Moving Out!** The move-in process was great, but the nightmare of moving out was not. Once I moved in, I submitted several maintenance requests that took days to receive a response, and I ended up fixing many issues myself. There is a Facebook renters group for Grantsville Ivory home housing where I have seen a lot of similar negative feedback.
