I had a fantastic experience with hero pest control already showed great customer care. The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem. They explained everything clearly and gave honest advice without trying to upsell anything. It’s rare to find a company that provides such genuine, helpful service. I truly appreciate their transparency and willingness to assist. Highly recommended!

I paid $250 for help with a serious ant infestation, and all this company did was spray a repellent pesticide around my home and leave. No inspection, no effort to find the source, and no attempt to actually eliminate the colonies. Anyone who understands ants knows that spraying repellents is the worst approach — it doesn’t kill the nest, it just forces the colony to scatter and spread into new areas.
