Cristina did an incredible job for our child, very helpful and calming. Somehow she kept him still for over an hour without any complaints. She was also very informative and genuinely awesome to work with.
Always the most professional and detailed job at removing lice! I have 3 girls with long hair and lice HEROS is quick and efficient. Hailey is super sweet and funny and knows her stuff! Highly recommend.
The two ladies we saw today did an excellent job with my girls! Tiffany & Nairn were so patient and kind with my sweet babies!
We’ve used this clinic 2-3 times when my daughter has gotten lice in the last 4 years and at least twice we’ve had Nairn as our technician. She is so good and patient with my kiddos and she makes sure to let me know she’s going to have other people coming in for head checks during our treatment and she may have to step away. I love the effort she makes to remove the stigma around having lice. She’s super sweet and respectful. Fantastic experience all around. They handled everything and I had total confidence that our problem was solved. I appreciated the flat rate pricing and the availability of appointments. Aftercare instructions were clear and the complimentary head check 1 week later helped me feel completely confident that the lice were gone.
