My daughter recently had caught lice in her hair and I was so worried because I’ve never had to experience that with her before nor did I know what to do in steps on getting rid of it! Haily was absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable! The process was fast, easy, and hassle-free, with no unexpected charges. She made the experience very comfortable for my little sister, which I truly appreciated because situations like this can make children and teens feel embarrassed or ashamed. Haily was kind, professional, and helped put her at ease throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend!
Such a fantastic experience!!! Our son has a lot of sensory issues and was very anxious about getting treated, but this whole process was very easy and relaxed. He didn’t end up feeling scared or overwhelmed at all which is a major victory and worth every penny. Nairn did an amazing job helping him feel super comfortable and getting us both treated quickly and effectively!
