Such a fantastic experience!!! Our son has a lot of sensory issues and was very anxious about getting treated, but this whole process was very easy and relaxed. He didn’t end up feeling scared or overwhelmed at all which is a major victory and worth every penny. Nairn did an amazing job helping him feel super comfortable and getting us both treated quickly and effectively!
Best place for dealing with these critters. Nairn was amazing! She was super patient with our questions and she has great energy. She really made an uncomfortable experience so much better. I highly recommend going here and maybe you’ll be lucky enough to get Nairn too.
I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Nairn. Dealing with lice is so stressful, but Nairn was a total lifesaver. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and comforting throughout the entire process. I had a million questions, and she answered every single one while being so generous with tips. She was fast and precise, and the results were perfect. If you're feeling overwhelmed, ask for Nairn —she’s the best!

We were totally lost when my daughter’s school mentioned nits, but finding Hero was a blessing. Booking was seamless, and Nairn was so patient and kind with our toddler. She educated us on the process, checked the entire family, and handled everything before it could get worse. If you’re in this situation, do yourself a favor and book an appointment here! Can’t recommend Nairn and Hero clinic enough!
