Haily was absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable! The process was fast, easy, and hassle-free, with no unexpected charges. She made the experience very comfortable for my little sister, which I truly appreciated because situations like this can make children and teens feel embarrassed or ashamed. Haily was kind, professional, and helped put her at ease throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend!
Nairn was so wonderful! She was so knowledgeable, friendly and helped my daughter feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable process. It’s clear she cares deeply about the work she does and for her clients. She made the whole experience so pleasant and will recommend her and this place to all of my friends!
This was a great experience. I was super stressed about our unfortunate life experience but we felt very comforted and everything went really fast. I would 100% recommend this place.And Nairn was a gem. She was so kind and sweet to my kids and even myself. Such a fantastic experience!!! Our son has a lot of sensory issues and was very anxious about getting treated, but this whole process was very easy and relaxed. He didn’t end up feeling scared or overwhelmed at all which is a major victory and worth every penny. Nairn did an amazing job helping him feel super comfortable and getting us both treated quickly and effectively!
Best place for dealing with these critters. Nairn was amazing! She was super patient with our questions and she has great energy. She really made an uncomfortable experience so much better. I highly recommend going here and maybe you’ll be lucky enough to get Nairn too.
