We have had an ongoing issue trying to obtain the wound care supplies my mom needs, and the process has been unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. These are supplies she needs for her ongoing care, yet we have repeatedly had to make calls, follow up, and try to figure out who is responsible for getting them. Horrible experience. Patient came home from a rehab facility on 8/8, Heroes reached out by text message on 8/11 at 7pm, intake appointment happened on 8/13, called on 8/18 around 10am to get information about first session and they messaged the therapists, got a missed call on 8/20 at almost 8pm trying to schedule an appointment for the next day at 2, it’s 9am on 8/21 and I’ve tried to call back 4 times with no answers.
