Horrible don't come here.
Horrible experience. Patient came home from a rehab facility on 8/8, Heroes reached out by text message on 8/11 at 7pm, intake appointment happened on 8/13, called on 8/18 around 10am to get information about first session and they messaged the therapists, got a missed call on 8/20 at almost 8pm trying to schedule an appointment for the next day at 2, it’s 9am on 8/21 and I’ve tried to call back 4 times with no answers.
