I'll add photos soon. You're a fool if you hire these ripoff artists. The list of promises that turned out to be lies would fill volumes so we'll focus on the windows that took 11 months for them to finally get in. Unfortunately, after living without windows for a year, these crooks allegedly ordered the wrong color. (ORIGINAL REVIEW) PROS: They showed up on the day they said they would and replaced my roof quickly, they did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves better than expected (I found 3 total nails with the plastic caps), Jesse was amazing at getting more money from the insurance company for the supplement, they (allegedly) price-matched a higher quality Class 4 impact resistant shingle due to lack of availability. Great team especially Jesse through the whole process of fixing my roof and doing adjustments with insurance definitely would use them in the future
We had our roof and gutters replaced by Hero and I am very pleased with the final product. Kirk was great to work with throughout the process. I would recommend them to perform any service needed.
