Horrible service the front desk is a mess with these children you have working, I’m taking my insurance to another place where they at least answer your calls on time and don’t make you hold for over 30 minutes when everyone well knows IT IS NEVER BUSY OR PACKED IN THE OFFICE!

Watched my partner wait in pain for over an hour while the staff in front just chit-chatted away. Any time we’ve had to call we’ve been placed on calls for 20+ minutes only to hang up, call again and be helped immediately. I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but I’d recommend looking for your medical care elsewhere because the staff has better things to do than focus on their patients. Not to mention waiting 2+ days just for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacist. Ridiculous. Get it together, seriously.
Loved this place to go get my health checked. They will sometimes have students there to go and practice. Had Dr Gavino Villescas check on my first appointment there and he was very helpful and heard my concerns and answered all my questions. Do recommend this place!
