I had a great experience at Hero Family Dental with Dr. Joo. The office has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the entire staff is professional and efficient. Dr. Joo is fantastic, he is very thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain everything in an effective manner. Highly recommend Hero Family Dental. Dr. Joo is thorough and explains everything. I had a very good dental and cleaning experience. Dental appointments can be stressful but Dr. Joo and his team made it easy.
Dr. Joo is amazing. He saved a tooth that otherwise would have required a lot of work. He takes the time every visit to answer any questions I have and I never feel rushed. I see him about once every 6 months but somehow he always remembers me and asks about my son’s baseball team. He is great and his staff is awesome.
This doc is amazing. Extremely HONEST. I would always go to him. Even if I've to travel super far to get to him.
Pleasant experience. Hygienist was excellent. Only came for cleaning but dentist was super nice. Office appears to have current equipment. I will definitely return.
