Very welcoming and friendly
My wife was having a Dental emergency and was a 10/10 on pain scale and on the warpath. I called Hero Family Dental and they immediately became my Hero. I talked to Lena, who had the most pleasant disposition and truly the center of gravity of the office. Lena immediately slid my wife in to see the Dr Joo. We filled out the required patient paperwork online and when we showed up for her appointment they were ready for us at the moment of arrival. Would not go here. Not helpful at all. Don't seem to care about your health just all about charging the patient as much as possible. Avoid and go somewhere else.
The Doctor and his team are very friendly and professional. I have been a patient there for almost two years. They always take their time and make the experience a wonderful one. I trust them completely. It’s all about quality and care for them. Yeah their front desk people aren’t always the greatest but this is not why I go there. The doctor gets the job done he’s the best! Definitely recommend.
