Have not and will not ever use their services. They show no regard for homeowners parking spaces. Parking in front of driveways, parking halfway in the street. Blocking parking spots and forcing people to have to park elsewhere since this crew uses several trucks and trailers with no regard for neighborhood needs. Not to mention that it wasn't a one day event, this has been ongoing for a week at this point

I had been dealing with a leaking window since spring, due to paying someone to replace the trim. After several failed attempts to fix/uncover the issue, I was left with the alternative to just replace the window. A simple job was going to cost me thousands. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hired HERO Exteriors this summer for a large project: new windows, doors, siding, roof, and an extra layer of wall insulation. Rob, the owner, was great to work with. He was on‑site most days, personally involved with the window and door installations, trim work, and other tasks, and making sure his crews' work met his standards and ours.
