Think twice before you order from Hero Complex Gallery. I have been unsuccessfully trying to reach them for months. They won't reply to emails. They never answer their phone (a number that isn't clearly listed). They have a blanket recorded answering machine message prompting to send an email (which they won't respond to) And they don't reply to social feeds. From an end user standpoint, HCG suck! Buy from them knowing you'll never get ahold of them after they have your money.
took my money, then when they couldnt deliver stopped answering after a couple of emails.....yeah its the Stan Lee print. Why not just cancel all the open orders?
Purchased Stan lee signed print, never received it and never got a refund. All of my inquiries go unanswered.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and chat messages. Actually ship customers the products they pay for.
Deplorable customer service. they do not answer. Stan Lee's autograph poster is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERO COMPLEX GALLERY. I had the same experience, but bought my art online 12/17/17. Here it is 6-1/2+ months later & I have no art with no Stan Lee signature. DO NOT BUY FROM HERO COMPLEX GALLERY. I sent multiple emails & maybe 3 were answered with "be patient".
