I was looking for a past released print and when I asked the artist he sent me to Hero Complex Gallery. They unfortunately did not have the print but have had every other one I have been looking for. They work well when handling questions and special requests. I highly recommend Hero Complex Gallery when looking to start or add to your art collection.
Customer Service is Awesome!!!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me complete my niece's 18th Birthday gift!!! I was shocked, but sooooooooo HAPPY!!!!!
I have ordered several pieces from Hero Complex Gallery and I'm always blown away at how easy they make the whole process. First off, they offer such a wide selection of art and new art is added so frequently. I purchased a mystery tube recently and you can tell the amazing team that works there are also big fans of the art they put out because they handle it with such professionalism and care. I have ordered 2 posters from their recent Blacklight show, this is now well over 2 months ago and I have gotten zero responses to my emails and questions. I have no idea if they will even send it out and am appalled that they take no time to reply to their e-mails these last months. They do respond quickly and kindly via Facebook, so hopefully it will all move smoothly from here on out.
Just dropped by the new location and found some really amazing pieces! Would definitely recommend checking them out.
back in 2018i purchase 300$ worth of printed canvas , with the Stan Lee signature , they never refunded my order, we are a bunch of customer with the same issue , they don't answer phone call or respond to email , back in December they promised that they would give us a credit , they never did , they are a a bunch of liar , dishonest business owner. Beware
I have read several bad reviews here but I gave them a chance. I received my items in under 2 weeks. I spoke with customer service several times through email. The art came well packaged and was exactly what I had ordered. It may not be so for everyone but I had a great experience.
Spot on customer service, always friendly and available. And of course beautiful posters!
