Excellent staff. Wonderful talent. Safe space. Second home.
Very unprofessional experience with Norm. He canceled my son’s appointment due to a medical emergency, which I completely understood, but the way he handled everything afterward was extremely disappointing. We won’t be returning. If you value your time and professional service, stay away from this place.
I can't say enough great things about Hero barbershop. I moved out to the pioneer valley about 2 yrs ago and went from barber to barber and could not get a good haircut, my search for a great barbershop came to an end when I found Hero.
