Nobody likes going to the dentist, but the friendly staff were a delight, specifically Omer who came in and took a lot of time to explain to me all my options for billing and even help me set up a payment plan that was simple and worked for my financial needs. Could not be happier with my visit today. Very kind, patient and professional team at this clinic! Especially Omar. They gave me all the time I needed to make my decisions and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely will be coming here every time.
Took 2 hours for a routine dental cleaning and X-rays for my husband and then tried to upsell a million different add on procedures and had him sign multiple treatment plans on the spot WHILE STILL IN THE CHAIR. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to wait until they had finished cleaning his teeth, they moved straight from the exam into pressuring him to get same day fillings and crowns. I have been coming to this office for a while. The staff is very friendly, and the doctors and hygienists are professional. I regularly get my teeth cleaned here. The hygienist, Bhakti, does an amazing job and provides the best recommendations for dental care!
