I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. During my treatment, my tooth was excessively shaved down, which caused persistent pain afterward. I later visited another dentist who confirmed that the tooth had been over-reduced, resulting in a failed restoration. What’s even worse is their communication. My first time visiting this office was amazing the staff was exceptional!! The DA’s were nice and took their time didn’t rush through the process.The GP explained everything in a way I could understand. My experience was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend!
I had my routine cleaning done by Bhakti the hygenist at Herndon Modern Dentistry and felt I should appreciate her work here. Bharti took the time to do a thorough job cleaning my teeth including some deep gum tissue where I had some bleeding. My gums healed a few days after the cleaning and felt healthy with no more bleeding. I'm usually skeptic about dental cleaning from my experience with different hygenists in the past but felt really clean after my cleaning this time. I was not impressed with this dentist at all. I went to them a couple times for cleanings. Every single time I was there they were trying to sell me on some type of treatment. Felt like they didn’t really care about giving me proper treatment just whatever they can get out of my pockets. I moved it away, so I no longer use them but boy am I happy to no longer have to go there. I’d recommend looking elsewhere
I had the worst experience here. I went in for a routine cleaning, was upsold into very expensive dental work, and it was done so poorly that I am still trying to get it fixed many months later. I have since gotten a second opinion from a reputable dentist and they have confirmed that this dental work was not necessary in the first place and that they wouldn’t have done this same treatment.
