I cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about this dealership and specifically our advisor James!! On a 7 hour road trip from Atlanta to Carolina Beach, my Escalade went into "low power mode" with a check engine light. This place was the closet to me. They not only took me to pick up a rental car, they called and within 3 hours had adjusted their schedule so that my car had priority, diagnosed the issue and were calling to tell me it was fixed! I absolutely hate this place. Got a letter in the mail there’s a recall on some parts for my chevrolet tahoe, ok cool. Call the service department (always a problem). So the young lady goes oh yeah I gotta order the parts so it’ll take about a week and we will call you back. I said ok, will I be able to get a loaner vehicle because i’m in nursing school and I can’t miss school. she goes oh no we don’t have loaner vehicles.
