Friendly staff. Nice waiting area. I was there for the first complimentary service after buying a new vehicle. My only point of concern was that I was not sure if the tires were rotated because it was not listed on the printout they gave me.
I just traded in our 2021 Suburban for a brand new 2025 Suburban, and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother! Huge shoutout to Fernando at Herndon Chevrolet for making everything so easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly takes care of their customers, he’s your guy!
Kristen she was so helpful and made our experience very enjoyable. Every question we had she had an answer for. She did absolutely everything she could to make sure we left the lot with a new vehicle. Will definitely be back in future to enjoy another purchase made with Kristen. All in all great customer service and very sweet.
