The Herndon Chevrolet salesman, Chris Moses, was not helpful once the sale was complete. The agreement was that he would deliver the vehicle, do the paper work, help me install the “mychevrolet” app on my phone, connect the vehicle to my automatic garage door opener, and instruct me on the use of the GPS.
