Do not trust him. His word means nothing. Hired him to make 2 keepsake rings for my wife and I back in May for our anniversary in August. Blew that timeline without apology, so ok let's aim for Christmas. Another 4 months should be good. Guess what. Nope! Not done. Missed Christmas to. 8 months failed after reassuring me not to worry. Then calls me a narcissist for not being happy we missed Christmas. Very glad I started sensing he is a liar and made contingency plans.
It's a beautiful shop with owners operating who are very friendly & personable as well seem to be able to provide any service needed at reasonable prices.They have a beautiful selection of jewelry available as well.
They really are the best people! I absolutely love working beside them! 🥰
