The service was great the food was great and the atmosphere is wonderful. We had a good time there.
I placed a phone order to pick up. Everything about the order was wrong. When I called back to express my disappointment that neither my pizza nor my salad was correct I was told to come back and get a corrected pizza, salad and a refund. The girl behind the bar (I think her name was Leah, was completely rude when I was there the first time and even worse when I returned for my corrected food. Well worth the wait. The pizza was amazing and our server Nicole was great. We'll be back next time we are in Winter Park!!!
We had a great time on our visit to Winter Park stopping in at this restaurant. The pizza was excellent and the Greek salad was amazing. The service was just fine and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. We will be back when we visit Winter Park again.
The pizza, wings and salad were excellent. We loved it.
We bring our kids (3 and 1) here every time we want pizza and they love it. More importantly the staff is always so kind and helpful and the food is excellent! John behind the bar has treated us like family for years and we always know he's making sure we have a good experience. John is a rare find these days bringing that personal touch to the bar and the food. We love Hernando's because of people like John and will be coming back for many years to come!
