I had to call the Fire Dept/ambulance twice this week. A friend was out of town and her mom fell ill. I was assisting in her care. Both times they were so courteous and professional. As a non family member it was a challenging situation with client history etc. But they were helpful and patient with me and my friends mom. Hernando is blessed with these men and women that assist us when we need them!

Great group of people serving our community. They came out to teach our preschoolers about fire safety, read to them, and did a fire drill with us. They were incredible with the kids and taught them a lot!! We love our firefighters and EMS services!
Unfortunately we had to meet the Firefighters of Hernando yesterday after they responded to an accident on I-55, involving some of our parents and boys from Gorilla Axle 13U Baseball Team (Monroe,La).
